Axon, a smart scheduling platform built by Sidebench, uses client and provider data to algorithmically determine the best scheduling options. Axon triggers key events across multiple EHR and billing platforms, ensuring the correct information is updated in all systems.

Patients can have a combination of 20 or more different therapy types. Patient enrollment, therapy recommendations and authorizations were stored in multiple systems; resulting in partial access to information and communication lapses across a patient’s care journey.
Using Salesforce Health and Marketing Cloud, we centralized patients’ information and allowed Cortica to orchestrate customer communication along each touchpoint. This resulted in faster care for patients, and increased provider network utilization.
